Reliable railcars and a modern high-tech workshop. Bentheimer Eisenbahn relies on Alstom’s “LINT 41” type vehicles on its route. Thanks to them, you reach your destination reliably, safely, and comfortably at all times. All LINT 41 trains are low-floor trains and thus barrier-free. Cyclists, wheelchair users, and parents with strollers can easily board and alight. The large entrance area of the so-called “Regiopa Express” offers ample space for 12 bicycles, luggage, and much more. Of the total 118 seats on the trains, 8 are in 1st class. Numerous seats are equipped with power outlets and tables. The trains feature a toilet, free Wi-Fi, and numerous screens that inform passengers about the next stops and any connecting services.

For the maintenance of its fleet, Bentheimer Eisenbahn has its own workshop located directly at the central depot on Otto-Hahn-Straße 1 in Nordhorn. The workshop with an integrated administration building houses, among other things, two maintenance tracks, a washing track, toilet disposal and supply stations, as well as an extensive warehouse for quick repairs.
