Tickets are available at ticket vending machines at all stations and stops. Additionally, staffed ticket counters are available at the stations in Neuenhaus, Nordhorn, and Bad Bentheim. Tickets for trains and buses can also be purchased via the “Fahrplaner” app and the DB Navigator.
As a general rule, purchasing tickets on the train is not permitted. An exception applies in the event of a defective ticket machine at the respective boarding location.

Yes, bicycle transport is generally permitted. In exceptional cases, when the train is full, the train driver or conductor may refuse transport. Wheelchairs and walkers take priority. A day bicycle ticket is required for transport.

The statewide semester ticket is valid on the trains of Bentheimer Eisenbahn. Unfortunately, this ticket is not accepted on the bus.
